Rachael’s Kitchen Ltd offers next day delivery for orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday, please note this is not a guaranteed service. Deliveries to be made on a Saturday, Monday or at a specified time (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) can be arranged at an additional cost. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm or Saturday can be delivered on the following Tuesday at the earliest and we regret that we cannot guarantee delivery times, please ensure you therefore enter the correct delivery date. All items are subject to availability. The date and time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and any failure by us to make delivery on any particular date shall not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery or to claim for any expenses, loss of profits or other consequential losses whatsoever. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and dispatch of the goods. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Once Rachael’s Kitchen Ltd have dispatched the goods to our third party courier, we cannot be held responsible for any failure on their part to deliver on your chosen date.  Please note that orders placed after the cut off time for your specified delivery date will be delivered as quickly as is possible but they will incur a delay.

Orders for next working day delivery must be placed by 4pm the day before. Please note that deliveries are not possible on bank holidays or Sundays. Same day delivery can be arranged by sameday courier, please contact yum@rachaelskitchen.co.uk.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery address details for the recipient given are correct, Rachael’s Kitchen Ltd cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.

On the day of delivery of your gift, our third party couriers will attempt to deliver on our behalf between 8am and 6pm. If no one is home to take delivery, the courier will attempt to leave the gift in a safe place or with a neighbour. If in the judgement of the delivery driver there is no obvious safe place to leave the gift, a card will be left with instructions to rearrange delivery. The gift will be returned to the depot. It is the recipients responsibility to make contact by calling the phone number on the card to re-deliver the gift on another day (Monday to Friday or charges may apply). Rachael’s Kitchen Ltd cannot accept responsibility or costs for deliveries where the recipient has not initiated contact with the courier to rearrange delivery; this remains wholly the responsibility of the recipient. Rachael’s Kitchen Ltd strongly recommends that the sender advises the recipient to expect a delivery.

Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address, on the day of delivery, remains the responsibility of the sender. Rachael’s Kitchen Ltd cannot accept responsibility or costs incurred in such circumstances. Rachael’s Kitchen Ltd cannot accept responsibility or any costs incurred as the result of a delay in delivery by the third party courier due to adverse weather conditions or accident. In such cases a complimentary on-line credit voucher will be offered as a gesture of goodwill. Where damage has occurred due to such delay a replacement will be dispatched to the recipient.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Amendments can be made up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of our ordering process. It may be possible to amend a submitted order by contacting yum@rachaelskitchen.co.uk. This is entirely at our discretion.
