Cupcake Delivery FAQs
All our cupcake orders are delivered by an overnight courier service. We cannot guarantee next day delivery in circumstances beyond our control, however these situations are rare. We recommend arranging delivery for the day prior to an event to mitigate for an unforeseen delay.
Deliveries are largely made between 8am and 6pm, but may be delivered outside these hours. We recommend you let the recipient know to expect a delivery and to choose a date when they will be at home, or you are welcome to opt for delivery to their place of work.
Rachael’s Kitchen Ltd cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. We use a third-party courier to make most deliveries, and the date and time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract.
