Cupcake Delivery
Cupcake delivery is a service where freshly made cupcakes are baked, boxed and sent by courier to a recipient’s address anywhere in mainland United Kingdom. Rachael’s Kitchen uses a trackable courier service so orders can be delivered to homes or workplaces. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday can be sent for next-day delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is a delivery option where orders placed before 4pm (Mon–Fri) are sent the same day and delivered the following day (typically Tue–Sat). This service depends on courier availability and cannot be guaranteed on Bank Holidays or special circumstances beyond the company’s control.
Overnight Courier Service
An overnight courier service is a delivery method where packages are collected and transported by a professional courier company overnight so they reach the recipient the following day. Rachael’s Kitchen uses overnight couriers that provide tracking and estimated delivery windows.
Presentation Box
A presentation box is the premium box in which cupcakes are packaged for delivery. Each presentation box is tied with a ribbon, includes a printed gift message if requested and is designed to make the cupcakes look beautiful and gift-ready.
Trackable Delivery
Trackable delivery means that once an order has been dispatched, the courier provides tracking details so the sender and recipient can follow the status of the delivery online or via SMS/email notifications.
Personalised Cupcakes
Personalised cupcakes are cupcakes customised with a printed message, logo or photo of your choice. These can be used for birthdays, corporate gifts, celebrations or special events and make the gift more meaningful and unique.
Photo Cupcakes
Photo cupcakes are a type of personalised cupcake where an edible image is printed on the cupcake’s icing surface. The image is chosen by the customer and printed using edible ink and sugar sheets.
Message Cupcakes
Message cupcakes are cupcakes that include an edible text message or are accompanied by a printed gift card message, allowing customers to send cupcakes with a personalised greeting or sentiment.
Fill Your Own Selection
Fill your own selection is a cupcake option where customers choose individual flavours to create a bespoke box of cupcakes. This allows guests to mix and match their favourite flavours in a single box.
Corporate Cupcakes
Corporate cupcakes are bespoke cupcakes created for corporate events, promotions, exhibitions, product launches or branded campaigns. These cupcakes can be customised with corporate logos, colours and designs to reinforce brand identity or celebrate business occasions.
Logo Cupcakes
Logo cupcakes are corporate or branded cupcakes where the customer’s logo is printed or applied onto the cupcake using edible techniques. These cupcakes are used for marketing, events or business gifting.
Gluten-Free Cupcakes
Gluten-free cupcakes are cupcakes made without gluten-containing ingredients, making them suitable for customers with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease. Rachael’s Kitchen offers gluten-free options in its range.
Vegan Cupcakes
Vegan cupcakes are cupcakes made without animal products such as eggs or dairy, suitable for customers following a vegan diet. Rachael’s Kitchen includes vegan cupcake options within its menu.
Birthday Cupcakes

Occasion Cupcakes
Occasion cupcakes are cupcakes tailored for specific celebrations or events such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, anniversaries, baby showers, graduations, engagement parties, Hen parties, Pride and more.
Seasonal Cupcakes
Seasonal cupcakes are cupcakes offered around specific seasonal events or holidays, such as Halloween cupcakes, Christmas cupcakes or Valentine’s cupcakes. These often feature seasonal decorations and flavours.
Gift Message
A gift message is a printed card included with a cupcake order that contains the message the customer wants to send to the recipient. This card is placed inside the presentation box so it is the first thing the recipient sees when opening the gift.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are the fees charged for delivering an order. These vary by delivery location and service (e.g. standard next-day UK mainland, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland fees). Rachael’s Kitchen shows delivery charges at checkout based on the postcode entered.
UK Mainland Delivery
UK mainland delivery refers to deliveries to addresses within England, Scotland and Wales that are part of the UK mainland. Orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday can be dispatched for next-day delivery across the UK mainland.
Delivery Window
A delivery window is a time period (often provided by the courier on the delivery day) during which the order is expected to arrive. Rachael’s Kitchen uses courier services that issue an estimated 2-hour delivery window by email or SMS on the day of delivery.
Allergens
Allergens are ingredients that can cause allergic reactions in some people, such as nuts, gluten, milk or soy. Rachael’s Kitchen lists allergens clearly on product pages and invites customers with queries to contact their team for detailed allergen information.
Fresh Ingredients
Fresh ingredients refers to ingredients that are recently prepared and not frozen or preserved for long periods. Rachael’s Kitchen uses fresh, high-quality ingredients including free-range eggs and where possible natural colourings and flavours.
Voucher or Gift Card
A voucher or gift card is a prepaid credit that a customer can purchase and send to someone else to redeem for cupcakes or other products on the Rachael’s Kitchen website. These make ideal gifts for birthdays, celebrations or corporate purposes.
Cake Tin Packaging
Cake tin packaging refers to the option of having cupcakes delivered in a decorative tin rather than a traditional box. Tins provide a keepsake container that can be reused and make the gift even more special.
