Polly’s Brew Co Floret 4.5%
Welsh brewery Polly’s have quickly established themselves as one of the UK’s top craft breweries thanks to their drive to never stop improving. Floret is their core pale ale that showcases the Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hops. A very easy drinking beer that balances peach, mango and pineapple notes from the hops with pithy orange finish.
Pair with – This one would work well with the Jaffa cake and berry brownies where the fruit notes and bitter finish will complement the brownie flavours.
