Mother’s Day Cake! These pretty vanilla cupcakes are our take on the classic Victoria sandwich; our moist vanilla cupcakes finished with our smooth vanilla buttercream. These cupcakes are finished with edible hearts and butterflies – oh and a sprinkling of glitter for good measure.

Vanilla – Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat (un-hydrogenated), egg, milk, butter (milk), icing sugar (containing 3.5% corn starch), raising agents (bicarbonate soda, cream of tartar), vanilla flavouring (vanilla extract, water, caramel sugar syrup, propylene glycol, thickener xanthan gum; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative potassium sorbate).
Colouring: glycerine, silicon dioxide, propylene glycol: pink E122.

A sumptuous selection of mouth watering goodies. The cakes are always light and subtley flavoured. The decoration is beautifully appropriate for any individual occasion. Sadly the cakes didn’t last very long as my mum in law couldn’t resist tucking in. Allowed I think at nearly 91 yrs of age!!
