How will my cupcakes be delivered?
All our cupcakes are sent using an overnight courier service, carefully packed in presentation boxes to arrive fresh and looking fabulous. While we aim for next-day delivery, sometimes (rarely) things don’t go to plan. So, if your cupcakes are for a big occasion, we recommend choosing delivery for the day before your celebration, just in case.
Deliveries usually happen between 8am and 6pm, though sometimes it can be earlier or later. Sending a surprise gift? We suggest letting your lucky recipient know to expect something sweet or consider having it delivered to their workplace instead.
When will my cupcakes arrive?
Orders placed by 4 pm Monday–Friday can be sent out the same day for delivery the next working day. Just select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Want Sunday delivery? Make sure you order by 4 pm Friday.
A few extra details:
- We don’t deliver on Bank Holidays or the next working day after one (sorry)!
- AM deliveries (before 12 pm or 10:30 am) can be arranged — get in touch!
- Sorry, we can’t deliver to Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly or some rural Highland areas.
What are the delivery charges?
How much does it cost to send cupcakes by post? Here’s a breakdown of our delivery charges across the UK. We keep our pricing straightforward:
- UK Mainland, next-day: £6.95
- UK Mainland by noon: £7.95
- UK Mainland by 10:30 am: Available by request
- Scottish Highlands: £10.95
- Northern Ireland: £14.95

Can I send cupcakes as a surprise?
Absolutely! We love a good surprise — just remember to consider what happens if no one’s home. We can add delivery instructions asking the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, and they’ll leave a card if they do.

Where will my gift message go?
Your personalised gift message is printed on a sweet little postcard and placed inside the presentation box, so it’s the first thing your recipient sees when they open up their treats.
How long will the cupcakes stay fresh?
Our cupcakes are made fresh to order and travel in sealed boxes to keep them at their best. They’ll stay delicious for up to 5 days after delivery — store them in an airtight container at room temperature. (No fridge needed!)
Want to save some for later? Our cupcakes freeze beautifully for up to 6 weeks.
What ingredients are used?
We believe in baking the good stuff. Our cupcakes are handmade with traditional recipes, high-quality ingredients, and free-range eggs. No preservatives. Vegetarian-friendly. We also use natural food colourings where possible.
